Paper Title & Abstract
Verify that the paper title and abstract are correct.
All authors listed on a submission must log in to the conference system to confirm their authorship and verify that their submission information is complete and accurate.
ASME requires every author listed on the submission to log in to the system and confirm their authorship.
This helps ensure that author information is complete and accurate and helps prevent delays with copyright agreements and preparation of final papers for publication.
All listed authors should complete the steps below before the draft paper is submitted.
Make sure you can access the submission from your own account.
Log in to verify that you can view the submission under your account. If you do not already have an ASME account, you will be prompted to create one.
Locate the completed submission associated with your account.
If your submission does not appear after you log in, try selecting the Change Program link and choose the current OMAE program year. Then return to Submissions > Complete and look for your submission again.
Review these three items carefully.
Verify that the paper title and abstract are correct.
Review the author listing and confirm that the list of authors is correct.
Confirm that your name is spelled correctly and that the email address listed is the one you use for your ASME activities.
Logging in to the conference website and checking the three items above satisfies this requirement, even if you do not need to make any changes to your account or submission.
Submit a ticket to the Help Desk if you have questions or if any of the submission or author information is incorrect.
