127934 - Numerical Simulation and Evaluation Analysis of Ship Tunnel Passage Schemes Under Complex Waterway Conditions
With the increasing trend of large-scale development of ships and the growing demand for ship transportation, inland waterway shipping is crucial for the development of the national economy. With the completion of cascade development and a series of shipping construction projects, the conditions of China's inland waterways have greatly improved. But with the development of cascade water channels in canyon rivers, the navigable water bodies of Chinese inland rivers after channelization have the dual attributes of reservoirs and mountainous waterways. Regarding the Yangtze River water area, in-depth analysis of ship lift operation data and ship type information reveals that the navigation efficiency of the Three Gorges Ship Passage Hub has been improved, but there are still problems such as long ship entry and exit times and failure to meet the design requirements for normal operation, which affect the operation efficiency and throughput capacity of the ship lift. In order to achieve the safe, efficient, and standardized operation of the Three Gorges New Channel, fully leverage its role as a fast track, improve the operational efficiency of ships, and further promote the standardization and technological development of inland river ship types, the coordination and cooperation efficiency between the Three Gorges New Channel and ship tunnel operation will be improved. Therefore, it is crucial to explore the adaptability of the operation mode of navigable ships passing through tunnels to complex waterways. Therefore, this article takes a typical 10000 ton freight standard ship type as the research carrier, and focuses on designing a green electric top push ship operation plan for the characteristics of the Three Gorges New Channel. And conduct numerical simulation analysis on the process of the electric pushing wheel passing through the hole, and design a power design scheme for the electric pushing wheel. Ultimately ensuring the safe, green, and efficient passage of ships through the new channel.
On the basis of analyzing the overall design scheme of the electric propulsion wheel passing through the tunnel, this article provides the operating parameters of the Three Gorges Navigation Hub based on experimental simulation results, and determines the relevant influencing parameters and scope. Next, based on the given parameters and using the Delphi method to construct an indicator system, and using the AHP-VIKOR evaluation model to evaluate the operation mode of ships passing through tunnels in the Three Gorges New Channel. Finally, the modeling approach was clarified, and an evaluation model was constructed and solved.
Finally, it can be concluded that, under the premise of engineering conditions and acceptable costs, for environmental considerations, the use of ship pushing method can be considered in the Three Gorges Navigation Tunnel. It is recommended that the pushing speed of the ship in the navigation tunnel should not exceed 2.5m/s, and the pushing auxiliary system should be equipped with 5-6 sets in one direction, 10-12 sets in the system, and at least one spare pushing wheel should be equipped; At the same time, it is necessary to consider adding corresponding intelligent navigation devices and strengthening security management to improve the security of the top push method.
In summary, this article selects suitable tunnel passing methods and constructs a simulation model to obtain an excellent ship operation simulation plan that is suitable for the navigation capacity of the waterway. Provide reference for the construction of navigation facilities and decision-making on the navigation mode of passing ships.
